About Me
I am working in Western Pennsylvania and seeking opportunities in journalism, marketing and public relations. I love asking questions, covering underreported issues, and encountering new and interesting people, places and experiences.
Since September of 2021, I have worked at Ross Dress for Less, where I have worked my way up from a retail associate to an area supervisor.
I graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from American University’s School of Communication with a double minor in Spanish language and political science. In my senior year at American University, I was on the student-run newspaper The Eagle. During this time, I created a feature series about clubs and organizations at my school and served as the Style editor.
I have had many opportunities over the years, including my time studying abroad in Madrid in the spring of 2020, where I completed an internship with the online magazine and blog Learn Hot English and my internship at Voice of America on the program Plugged in with Greta Van Susteren in 2019. Some of my other experience includes interning with the Spanish magazine CTXT, the marketing department at the 3D printing machine manufacturer ExOne, and LOCALPittsburgh Magazine, as well as working on my high school newspaper.
I would love to work with you. Please reach out.
